Bollywood stars had a lot to say about the Oscar awards, especially A R Rahman's big loss.

Sandhya Mridul felt sorry for Rahman as well. 'And thank god Inception didnt win anything didnt understand a DAMN thing anyway :) & Leo YAAAAAAWN! Oh ya sorry A.R Rehman stands apart he deserves every win!!! Would have loved for him to win :)' she tweeted.

Rahman, who lost out to Randy Newman for Toy Story 3, posted a picture of the two together. 'With Randy Newman, who won the Oscar for Toy Story 3.'

Lara Dutta seemed disappointed with Oscar hosts Anne Hathway and James Franco. 'Couldn't sit thru the Oscars on tv. Hathaway and Franco not the greatest hosts and nothing noteworthy on the Red Carpet,' she tweeted.

Neha Dhupia agreed: 'As much as I like franco n hathaway as actors,i d have to admit that they were rather disappointing! Bring back billy crystal n the likes !'

Riteish Deshmukh tagged them as the 'worst hosts'.
