Bollywood congratulates Saif-Kareena!

Bollywood stars turned to Twitter to congratulate newlyweds Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, who tied the knot on October 16. The wedding was followed by a star-studded reception. 

Celebrity fashion designer Manish Malhotra, who designed Kareena's wedding trousseau, shared a picture of the bride and her sister Karisma (above). 'The gorgeous sisters:-)' he tweeted.

Amrita Arora, who present at the wedding, tweeted: 'Congrats my darling Beebo n Saifuuu...Love you'll both,n wish you'll the best in life foreverrrrr.'

Randeep Hooda ‏wrote: 'Congratulations to the dashing Saif and absolutely gorgeous Kareena on their wedding.. May god bless their union forever :)))'

Shah Rukh Khan had fun at the wedding reception. 'Saif & Kareena dınner rushed after fınıshing kbc. Wot a lovely couple...wısh them only happiness. Thanx for the warmth, lov & dancing,' he wrote.

Payal Rohatgi tweeted: 'Kareena kapoor & Saif - heartfelt congratulations on yr wedding from me & @Sangram_Sanjeet.had much fun working with her in 36 China town.'

Riteish Deshmukh wrote: 'Wishing Saif & Kareena- happiness, happiness n more happiness.'

Saif's sister Soha Ali Khan thanked everyone on behalf of their family. 'Thank you all for your good wishes on bhai and kareena s wedding! It was an understated and heartfelt event and we are so happy!!'

Simi Garewal turned 65 today, October 17, and Bollywood stars tweeted their wishes.

Choreographer-director-actress Farah Khan tweeted: 'N a very Happy wala birthday 2 my dearest friend Simi garewal..so warm n elegant n funny n loyal.n can eat 30 pani puris at 1 go!hav seen it.'

Farah Khan ‏Ali tweeted. 'Happy Birthday @Simi_Garewal . May you have a fabulous year. Lots of love.'

Simi, in turn, thanked everyone for the wishes. 'Thanx so much 4 ur good wishes 4 my birthday!! Am touched.'

Lara Dutta is all set to launch her own line of Indian ethnic wear.

'Excited to launch my own line of ethnic Indian wear that will be available in stores this coming festive season!:-).Have Worked hard on it!' she revealed.

The 34-year-old actress, who gave birth to a baby girl in January, thanked her fans for the wishes: ''Thank you for all the good wishes and support!:-). Its my very 1st collection and I think it looks good :-) Will wait 2 see ur reactions!'

This isn't her first foray as a businesswoman. She turned film producer with Chalo Dilli under her banner Bheegi Basanti Productions, which released last year.

Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif shot for Kaun Banega Crorepati 6 on October 16 with Amitabh Bachchan to promote his big Diwali release Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

'Too much fun on kbc...thanx sony and babu and of course the one and only mr. Bachhan,' Shah Rukh tweeted.
