Starring Ajay Devgan, Saif Ali Khan, Viveik Oberoi, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Konkona Sen-Sharma, the film is adapted from Shakespeare's Othello.
When rediff.com conducted a contest, asking readers to tell us which film title they liked best, they voted for Omkara, named after Devgan's character in the film.
Vishal Bharadwaj has now chosen Omkara as the title for his new film.
His other title options O Sathi Re and Isssak came in second and third, respectively.
