Madhavan

R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi are all set to share screen space for a film helmed by director duo Pushkar and Gayathri, who have made films like Oram Po and Va.

Titled Vikram-Veda, the new film will be produced by Sashikanth of Y Not Studios, who had bankrolled Madhavan’s last hit Irudhi Suttru.

The film is believed to be based on the fascinating tales of Vikramathithan Vethalam and will have Madhavan play an encounter specialist and Vijay a gangster.

Latest reports suggest that talks are on with the actors to coordinate the dates and an official announcement is likely to be made soon.
