A Mumbai court postponed its verdict on Aamir Khan's brother Faisal Khan custody case to February 15.

Judge Pankaj Shah told the respondents that it will take more time to give the final verdict.

Aamir Khan has claimed Faisal's custody after the latter went to the police station claiming that Aamir forcibly kept him under house arrest. Faisal told the police that he wished to stay with his father, Tahir Hussain, instead.

Aamir,

in turn, stated that Faisal was mentally unstable and needed psychiatric treatment. He added that his mother Zeenat and sister Nikhat supported him.

The court, however, agreed to Faisal's request and sent him to his father. But after a month, the father gave up his custody and said that he could not afford his son's medical treatment.

Since then, Faisal stays alone at a rented home at Tilak Nagar, an eastern suburb of Mumbai.
