Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2003 has approved divesting its wholly-owned subsidiary Glenmark Laboratories Ltd, including sale of its manufacturing Plant at Verna, Goa.
