However stock has good Book value(177 per share) and currently trading below it. Please elabortae that which makes you feel that stock would do better ??

JesseLivermore : Even after debt repayment (debt of 150 cr) the net asset would be 200 cr for 34 cr market cap. Thats still cheap sir. Another one is Morarjee realty. It owns 25 lakh sq. feet free/builtup in parel worth 1000 cr (@4000rs/sq. feet). Current market cap is 140 cr with a debt of 300 cr. So EV of 440 cr for a 1000 cr asset. THis is owned by piramals. Have you looked at it sir?
