FHM Magazine has released its annual list of 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2012 -- we bring you the top 20!

Every year, actresses, models and entertainers vie with each other for this coveted crown -- FHM's Sexiest Woman in the World.

Now in its eighteenth year, the magazine's prestigious 100 list has some new additions, some phenomenal climbers and some movers and shakers who've slipped a little lower down.

But best of all, they've declared a brand new winner!

20. Kelly Brook

The 32-year-old British glamour gal, dubbed by FHM as 'Kent's finest bra model' wasn't able to hold on to her eighth position from last year and slid right down to twentieth.

It's worth noting, however, that she topped the list back in 2005.

Part of girl band The Saturdays, British singer Frankie, 23, comes in at 19.

The 25-year-old model-actress may have been awarded the 'foxy' tag by FHM, but her rank is a far cry from 2011, when she bagged the crown! That's quite a slide from first place.

American actress and singer Zooey, 32, makes her debut in the hot 100 for the first time in 2012 -- and quite high up too, may we add!

British singer Jessie has jumped up from Number 55 last year to 16 -- and she's only 24, so you can be sure we'll be seeing a lot more of her in the coming years too.

Another debutante -- makeup artist and star of UK-based reality show Made In Chelsea Millie, 22, makes it to 15.

Another member of The Saturdays, Mollie, 24, joins bandmate Frankie in the magazine's top 20, but is placed five rungs higher at 14.

At 23, Daisy is one of the UK's boldest, most beautiful faces in fashion and has moved up 16 places this year.

Musician, dancer, actress -- and the blonde bombshell is also one of the hottest chickas on earth! Twenty one-year-old Pixie makes her move from 31 in 2011 to 12 this year.

The Duchess of Cambridge came in at 32, but younger sis Pippa pipped her by a margin in the 'sexy' department. 'Her Royal Hotness', 28, has been basking in the limelight ever since the royal wedding.

The 22-year-old curvy British actress has moved up eight places from last year to round off the top 10. Easy to see why!

The 28-year-old Black Swan star has hopped from 16 to 14 to nine on FHM's list in the past two years. Wonder if she'll eventually take top spot?

The 27-year-old glamour model has a legendary figure and has consistently made it to the top 10 -- five times before 2012 and now this year too!

The fabulous Fox, 25, is quite an FHM favourite -- winner in 2008, runner-up in 2009 and 2010 and in the top 10 for the last two years.

Pretty popster Katy was runner-up last year and slid down four places. But the curvy 27-year-old is still sixth sexiest in the world!

With her chocolate locks and amazing bod, 26-year-old Greek-Irish model Georgia makes quite a first-time entrance in fifth!

Another British glamour model, Rosie, 21, debuts even higher than Georgia at Number Four!

Barbadian beauty RiRi, 24, is second runner-up -- she's featured on the list for five years straight and this is the highest she's ever been placed.

The 28-year-old singer is one of Britain's most popular faces and has spent a decade on the list, even taking home the crown in 2010.

But she had to relinquish it to a brand new winner this time...

The musician and X Factor judge is a surprise win -- she came in at 15 in 2010, but didn't surface again till this year and it was to take the title!

Tulisa, 23, has been quoted by the Daily Mail as saying that this is the "most self-indulgent award" she's ever won. But we can plainly see she deserves it!
