Glamour Magazine has compiled its annual list of 50 fashionista celebs and it has a brand new face at the top, toppling last year's winner. Here we bring you the top 20 -- read on!

The Twilight actress has been crowned the world's best-dressed woman, beating the likes of the Duchess of Cambridge and Victoria Beckham.

The 30-year-old Royal, who is a newcomer on the list, landed fourth place and ranked considerably higher than her sister Pippa Middleton, who was placed 47th, the Mirror reported.
