The designer was inspired by petite point embroidery, a favourite leisure time activity of Madame de Maintenon, the second wife of King Louis XIV of France.

The silhouettes were crafted fabrics like authentic Indian organic tussar, ghicha, muga silk and ahimsa for an exquisite fusion of Indo-Western aesthetics.

Ponchos, gowns, cropped tops and capes and tunics made their way onto the runway.

The colour palette ranged from blush, red, ivory and pink to purple, brown, black and gold.
