One Bharatiya Janata Party worker was killed and at least four others were seriously injured, when allegedly attacked by Congress supporters on Sunday evening just after taking out a victory rally in Jangleshwar area of Rajkot district, police sources said.
The Rajkot police refused to divulge further information and said that the case is being investigated.
Police sources in Rajkot said the incident took place when a procession marking the victory of BJP MLA Tapu Bhai Limbasia was passing through the minority-dominated Jangleshwar.
