Rahul Dravid on Royals hugging spree

Rajasthan Royals captain Rahul Dravid could not hold his excitement after winning the first eliminator in the IPL play-offs on Wednesday night.

He was so thrilled after his side beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by four wickets in Delhi that he did a Preity Zinta on the field.

The Bangalore-based former India captain looked happy on spotting his wife Vijeeta and hugged her.

Mrs Dravid looked a tad bewildered of her hubby's public display of affection.

Next on radar was Dravid's son Anway. Junior Dravid was also rewarded with a peck on his cheek!

Of course, the teammates were not left out. Dravid could not let man of the moment Brad Hodge go far from his reach.

The group hug made the picture memorable.

Team owners Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty are known for expressing their emotions on the field. But Wednesday night was different as Dravid was the one eager to hug Raj.

It all started with the hugging queen of IPL, Preity Zinta.

The dimpled beauty gave hugs to her players whether they won or lost.

The Kings XI Punjab's co-owner made headlines this season when she hugged business partner and ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia during their team's inaugural match against Pune Warriors.

Soon the hugging bug bit all in the IPL and Shipla Shetty followed suit.
