Napier and Wellington have been chosen as the venues for the two Tests between New Zealand and Sri Lanka, it was announced on Wednesday.
New Zealand Cricket chief executive Martin Snedden said the first Test of the revised series would be held at Napier from April 4-8 with the second match at Wellington from April 11-15.
The Sri Lankans will also play a three-day warm-up match from March 28-30 at a venue yet to be decided.
"We chose the two venues that we believe will offer the best Test cricket conditions at this time of year," Snedden said in a statement.
The series was originally scheduled to take place in January but was postponed because of the Asian tsunami.
