New Zealand captain Stephen Fleming won the toss and elected to bat against India in the second ODI of the tri-series in Zimbabwe at the Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo on Friday.

This is the first time that India, with Sourav Ganguly back as the captain, will play under the new regulations of power play and Supersubs.

Ajit Agarkar and Jai Prakash Yadav have made a comeback into the team, while Andhra Pradesh's Venugopal Rao will be the Indian super sub.

For New Zealand, experienced batsman Nathan Astle returns after missing the first game against Zimbabwe due to an injured finger.

New Zealand posted a massive 192-run win against Zimbabwe in the first ODI and missed eclipsing Sri Lanka's record of the highest ODI score by only two runs.
