BCCI to discuss Chappell-Ganguly spat

September 18, 2005 15:25 IST

The Board of Control for Cricket in India would discuss in detail the reported spat between coach Greg Chappell and captain Sourav Ganguly on completion of the Zimbabwe tour, according to BCCI secretary S K Nair.

"BCCI president Ranbir Singh Mahendra will take a suitable decision to deal with the matter, which will be initiated immediately after the completion of the Zimbabwe tour," Nair said on Sunday.

Meanwhile, BCCI's general body meeting will be held in Kolkata on September 22 and 23. The agenda for the meet included election of new office bearers, adoption of secretary's report, presentation of accounts and consideration of reports of various committees and sub-committees.

The meeting would also elect members for ICC and other similar bodies.
