AP HC issues notices to BCCI, Sachin, Sourav Syed Amin Jafri | October 08, 2004 10:49 IST The Andhra Pradesh high court has issued notices to the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly, cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar and Sony Entertainment Television for telecasting a Pepsi advertisement that allegedly depicts child labour. Notices have also been served on Pepsi and the Advertising Standards Council of India. In the ad, Ganguly asks the boy 'Aur ek milenga kya?' Contending that the advertisement violated Articles 21, 24 and 45 of the Constitution, she sought direct directions to the Union of India not to allow its telecast.
