District court reimposes suspension on Kale

The court reimposed the suspension on Kale after the board filed an appeal challenging the Pune city civil court's order, which had allowed Kale to participate in first-class cricket tournaments.The lower court had yesterday restrained the BCCI from suspending Kale without holding an inquiry into the bribery allegations against him.
