French auto major Renault on Monday said it is looking at launching zero-emission electric vehicles in India by the middle of this decade. The company, which unveiled its city two-seater 'Twizy' in the country, also plans to produce up to 500,000 units of electric vehicles (EV) globally by 2014.
It's not a car. It's not a scooter. It is a hole on four wheels. Doors are an option.
