Delhi Police have arrested Vikas Dahiya, a proclaimed offender and alleged shooter, in connection with the 2025 murder of a boxer in Delhi. The arrest was made in Chandigarh, and Dahiya has confessed to his role in the crime, which stemmed from a long-standing rivalry.
The juvenile was also wanted in the murder of builder Sanjay Biyani on April 5 in Maharashtra's Nanded and the killing of gangster Rana Kandowalia outside a private hospital in Amritsar on August 4 last year,
