Tata Sumo Gold is available in two engine tunes with four variants.
Tata Motors is upbeat over the launch of new Tata Sumo Gold. The Mumbai-based multinational auto major further expects that the new model would boost sales -- and is expecting to sell 18,000 units of it by the end of the current financial year.
The vehicle is being manufactured in the company's Bhosari plant.
The price of the new Sumo will be between Rs 650,000 and Rs 10 lakh.
Tata Motors hasn't announced the prices of the new vehicles yet. This is the first time that the company has introduced such a large number of new vehicles on a single day.
