The two lawyers, who had first moved the Governor seeking sanction to prosecute the Chief Minister, moved the special court with two separate petitions.
The special court, which is hearing the complaints filed by advocates Sirajin Bhasha and K N Balakrishna, has directed Kumar to file his objections by January 31 when the case comes up next for hearing.
