Photos: Meet Singapore's Sikh army chief, first in 30 yrs

Singapore army chief Major General Ravinder Singh met Indian Army chief General Bikram Singh in New Delhi today. Of Indian-origin, Ravinder Singh is the first non-Chinese Singaporean army in 30 years and the first non-Chinese to hold a significant leadership role in three decades.

Around 550 personnel of the Singaporean Army along with their armoured personnel carriers, Bronco all-terrain tracked vehicles, Spike anti-tank guided missiles and other latest equipment are participating in the exercise, which started on March 1.
