In the run-up to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Bangladesh, Home Minister P Chidambaram is flying to Dhaka to finalise an agreement relating to boundary demarcation and enclaves adversely held by the two countries.
"We have sought Indian assistance in tracking down and arrest the remaining killers," Home Minister Sahara Khatun told media persons as newly appointed Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Rajeet Mitter called on her at her Bangladesh Secretariat office.

In an apparent reference to Pakistan, India on Monday said hurdles in the global war against terror are created by "unwillingness" or lack of "sincerity" on part of countries and any "architecture or framework" does not "stand in the way" of fighting the menace.
