Banda minor rape case: SC notices to UP govt, CBI

The Supreme Court on Thursday sought a response from the Uttar Pradesh government and the Central Bureau of Investigation on a plea for a judicial probe into the alleged rape of a Dalit girl by Banda legislator Purushottam Naresh Dwivedi.
