Prime Minister Manmohan Singh presented India's Action Taken Report at the Nuclear Security Summit in Seoul on Tuesday morning. This is what he said:
The decision has been taken in view of the threat of nuclear material being stolen by the terrorist outfits operating in various parts of the country.
Aziz said Pakistan is committed not to transfer nuclear weapons to other states or assist others to acquire nuclear weapons and consistently supported the goal of a nuclear-weapons-free world.
