The Indian couple facing criminal charges of "gross or repeated maltreatment" of their child will be sentenced on Tuesday even as the prosecution termed the case as "very serious" and justified their arrest ahead of the court verdict.
The Indian couple arrested in Oslo, Norway, in an alleged child abuse case have been charged with "gross repeated maltreatment" of their child for which the prosecution has proposed a minimum sentence of one year and three months for the parents.
