26/11 a hiccup in bilateral ties: Pak

Seeking resumption of dialogue with India, Pakistan on Saturday said that the two countries will have to live as "good neighbours" despite the "hiccup" caused in bilateral ties by the Mumbai terrorist strikes. Pakistan also asserted that it wants its probe into the attacks to be transparent and open to examination, because the government is serious in prosecuting those responsible.
