Rosaiah was administered the oath of office and secrecy at a simple ceremony by Governor Narayan Dutt Tiwari at the Raj Bhavan.
Yeduguri Sandinti Rajasekhara Reddy has been sworn-in the 22nd Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh at the Lal Bahadur Shastri stadium in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Governor Narayan Dutt Tiwari administered the oath of office and secrecy to Reddy.
The TDP said that the "state's constitutional machinery has broken down and there is total collapse of law and order."
