The chargesheet on the terror attack in Mumbai, which was filed by the Mumbai police on Wednesday evening, has clearly pinpointed the role of Pakistan-based elements in perpetrating the attack.The chargesheet states that one Colonel R Saadat Ullah had purchased the Voice over Internet Protocol Account, which was later used by the terrorists who struck Mumbai, during the three-day terror siege in November last year.
