Can't call lawyers 'goondas': K'taka court tells media

A Bengaluru court has restrained the media from addressing advocates as hooligans or goondas. The order passed by the Principal District Judge R Budhihal states that no unparliamentary language shall be used against lawyers and they shall be referred to as advocates or lawyers only.

Karnataka Chief Justice, P Dinakaran found himself in more trouble with the Bangalore Advocates Association resolving, on Thursday, that he should not hear any cases until all allegations levelled against him are cleared by the Suprme Court.
