Two Delhi-based women were allegedly gang raped and assaulted by five men, who posed as officers of the anti-narcotic cell of police, at a flat in Anjuna beach village in North Goa, police said on Wednesday.
Rajkumar Singh, a native of Punjab, was nabbed late Saturday night with help from the police of Karnataka capital and was being brought to Goa, a top official said.
