A second-year degree student was shot dead by an unidentified person near her college in south Delhi in broad daylight on Tuesday with police suspecting that a stalker was behind the incident.
Holding placards, the students marched from Ramlal Anand College in DU South Campus towards India Gate. The protestors raised slogans such as 'We want justice', demanding the immediate arrest of the culprit
Radhika Tomar was attacked by an unidentified man near a foot-over-bridge outside Ramlal Anand College in Dhaula Kuan's Shantiniketan area at around 10:20 am, a senior official said. The victim resided in Naraina area.
