Pascal Mazurier, the French diplomat who was accused of raping his three-year-old daughter, was arrested by the Bangalore police on Tuesday morning. He was taken directly to the government hospital where a series of tests are being conducted on him. A DNA test will be conducted on him to ascertain that he is the father of the victim.
