A 22-year-old woman was set ablaze in Jharkhand's Dumka district early on Friday allegedly by a man whose marriage proposal she had rejected, a police officer said.
Voting began on Tuesday morning for the third phase of elections for 11 seats in Jharkhand amidt tight security.
The fate of 237 candidates, including two ministers and a former CM, will be decided in this final phase.
