At least 13 people were killed as an under-construction five-story residential building collapsed in Cancona town of Goa on Saturday.
The Goa police has launched a search for the builder and contractor who have gone missing following the building collapse in Cancona which left 13 people dead.
Rescuers said 15 more people are still trapped in the debris.
The Association of Democratic Reforms said Goa has set a unique record, which is "unparalleled" in the history of Indian democracy.
Goa Police has registered an FIR against several persons, including government officers who were allegedly involved in clearing the controversial five-storey project comprising 80 flats.
