A 24-year-old man in Latur, Maharashtra, allegedly died by suicide after facing threats and harassment on social media related to his love affair. Police have registered a case of abetment against seven individuals and have detained four in connection with the incident.
The court observed this while finding a man guilty of outraging the modesty of his brother's wife. In this regard, the judge relied entirely upon the evidence given by the victim.
