India's wrestlers stole the limelight with a stunning show on the mat, winning three gold medals on Tuesday, the sixth day of competition at the 20th Commonwealth Games.
Amit Kumar of India got the better of Nigeria's Ebikweminomo Welson to clinch the gold medal in the men's 57 kg freestyle wrestling competition at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, on Tuesday.
A long sabbatical and a rejig in weight categories notwithstanding, Olympic heroes Sushil Kumar and Yogeshwar Dutt reaffirmed their dominance on the world stage and ended a 28-year gold drought at the Asian Games in a successful 2014.
