Man arrested for raping, killing 4-year-old girl

The Goa police on Wednesday arrested a man for allegedly raping and murdering a four-year-old girl in Quepem town, 80 km away from Panaji. The victim, who hails from Kurla in Mumbai, was on a vacation in Goa at her grandparent's place in Quepem. While the incident happened on Sunday, her body was recovered from an under-construction building in the town on Tuesday.
