Owais Ahmad a class 12 student in Kashmir has developed a 3D Android shooter game that is currently being offered by prominent websites including Google, Amazon App Store, Get jar and Slideme.
Based on a complaint from Tikaram, a resident of Sharif Nagar village in Devarniya, the case was registered under sections of the Indian Penal Code and the anti-conversion law.
This is the first ever incident of fratricide in the Kashmir police department.
