The OIC is the second largest inter-governmental organisation after United Nations with a membership of 57 states spread over four continents.
Pakistan also accused India of trying to quell the Kashmiri struggle by using "brute force".
Pakistan has said it was regrettable that instead of responding to its goodwill gesture, India is "interfering" in its internal matters and accused it of supporting terrorism.
