Delhi govt to prevent e-rickshaw cartel: Gopal Rai

In a bid to avoid the emergence of an e-rickshaw cartel on the line of the 'auto mafia', Delhi government has decided to adopt a policy that will prevent a person from owning more than one rickshaw.
