Is that a giant ice cream in the middle of London?

The bold and graphic installation, called "The End,", which features a giant swirl of whipped cream topped with a cherry, a fly and a drone, is the work of British artist Heather Phillipson, and will stand on Trafalgar Square's Fourth plinth until spring 2022.
