The SC refused to entertain a plea of a Delhi Police head constable seeking compensation for his "wrong" portrayal in a video that went viral on social media.
The Union textiles minister's staff around 5 pm called police and said that some students in a car were following her vehicle and trying to overtake it near Moti Bagh flyover and their actions were unwanted, a senior police officer said.
The undated video, posted on Facebook by a user, has been shared over 6,000 times and shows the constable in inebriated state struggling to hold on to a pole while swinging back and forth inside a coach.
