UP shocker: Dogs eat infant's body dumped in bin

The body of an infant, allegedly partially eaten by dogs, was found dumped with garbage at the district women's hospital in Lalitpur. The infant's mother, Sangeeta, had given birth to a premature baby who died shortly after birth. The hospital claims it handed the body over to the family, but the family alleges they were instructed to hand the body over to an individual who would cremate it for Rs 200.
