Yoga guru Ramdev on Wednesday accused the Centre of not being sincere about bringing back black money stashed abroad, saying unaccounted wealth kept in foreign tax havens was being used to boost terror activities.
"Government should act tough against those who have black money. Black money is being used to boost terrorism and Naxalism due to which the country has to face violence," he told mediapersons in Pune.
"Three major factors of our society and government are responsible for black money and they are corrupt corporates, corrupt bureaucrats and corrupt politicians. The government should act immediately against any person who has inappropriate wealth. MPs, MLAs should disclose assets owned by themselves and their institutes," he added.
Asked about his criticism by some Congress leaders, he said, "I don't want any character certificate from characterless people."
