The chargesheet against the 21 alleged members of the terrorist group Indian Mujahideen [Images], involved in various serial blasts across the country since 2006, will be filed by the city police on Tuesday.

The Crime Branch will file its chargesheet against them, special public prosecutor Kalpana Chavan told a special
Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act court on Monday.

The court also extended the judicial custody of all the accused till Tuesday.

The group had allegedly carried out blasts across the country since 2006, including the 2008 serial blasts in
Ahmedabad [Images], Delhi [Images] and Bangalore.

The 'media cell' of the group, headed by a software engineer, is also accused of having sent e-mails to media houses around the time of the Ahmedabad and Delhi blasts by hacking unsecured wireless internet accounts.
