Bush praises IAF help in Katrina relief

United States President George W Bush [Images] on Thursday praised the Indian Air Force for the relief it provided to Katrina victims in America.

"I was struck and so were the American people that the Indian Air Force delivered hurricane Katrina aid to an air force base in Little Rock Arkansas," Bush said in a joint press conference with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [Images] here after bilateral talks.

"And for that Mr Prime Minister I thank you," the President said.
