PIX: Waheeda, Asha Parekh watch Son Of Sardaar

Sonakshi Sinha, the heroine of Son Of Sardaar, organised a special screening of her Diwali release for a couple of veteran actors at Ketnav theatre in Khar, a western suburb of Mumbai, on November 8.

The film's lead actor and producer Ajay Devgn did not attend the screening but his sister-in-law Tanisha Mukherjee co-hosted the evening with Sonakshi.

Veteran scriptwriter Salim Khan caught up with Prem Chopra at the screening. Incidentally, the former's son Salman Khan cameos in the film in a special song.

Son Of Sardaar will release on November 13.

Raj Kapoor's wife Krishna Raj Kapoor mingled with Sonakshi's mother Poonam Sinha, Salim Khan and the wife of late director Mohan Kumar, who made such films like Avtaar (Rajesh Khanna and Shabana Azmi) and Amir Garib (Dev Anand and Hema Malini).

Veteran actress Helen arrives.

Veteran actor Waheeda Rehman, who announced her retirement from films recently, arrives.

Yesteryear actress Asha Parekh arrived with her best friend, actress Shammi.

Late filmmaker Vijay Anand's wife Sushma Anand arrived with a friend.
