PIX: Lata Mageshkar, Sachin Tendulkar meet with Raj Thackeray

The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief brought the two stalwarts together for the first time after they were felicitated with the Bharat Ratna.

Mumbai's most loved celebrities -- cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and music doyen Lata Mangeshkar -- have their own mutual admiration society of two and are often seen lavishing praises on each other.

So it was a sight to behold when they met at Raj Thackeray's residence over the weekend.

The trio was joined by Tendulkar's wife Anjali and the MNS chief's mother Kunda for a photo.

The legendary former cricketer is seen here presenting a his signed jersey to Mangeshkar.

The message reads, 'Dear Lata Didi, Thanks for all the love and blessings. Warmest regards.'

In return, the veteran singer gifted two photo frames with handwritten lyrics of two songs to Sachin.
