xXx: The Return of Xander Cage

 Deepika Padukone, Vin Diesel

Deepika Padukone's Hollywood debut is sequel to the 2002 hit action film xXx.

Directed by D J Caruso, xXx: The Return of Xander Cage also stars Samuel L Jackson, Tony Jaa and Donnie Yen.

The film is basically about a thrill-seeking athlete-turned-government operative Xander Cage, played by Vin Diesel. Ms Padukone's character is called Serena and she reportedly plays Xander's love interest.

Though Ranveer Singh's ladylove is a superstar in Bollywood, the babe will have to work really hard to stand out in her Hollywood debut.

Priyanka Chopra, Dwayne Johnson

After storming the American television with her thriller series Quantico, Priyanka Chopra is now set to conquer the big screen with her Hollywood debut.

The desi girl will be seen in the film adaption of popular TV series Baywatch, alongside Dwayne Johnson.

What's even more interesting is that the singer-actress is playing a baddie in the film and her character is called Victoria Leeds.

The movie also stars Alexandra Daddario, Ilfenesh Hadera and Kelly Rohrbach.

Priyanka is already a known face in the West, courtesy her music and television career, as well as her awards outings. Why, she even won at the People's Choice awards and is all set to present an award at the Oscars. She does have the upper hand, unlike, her contemporary Deepika.
